You can access your account electronically anytime to view your account balance, contributions, rate of return, investment options and more. You’ll also have access to tools and calculators to help you realize your financial goals and determine the right savings approach for you.

2. Click on Create An Account at the top of the website page

Add your email address to your account

You can access your account electronically anytime to view your account balance, contributions, rate of return, investment options and more. You’ll also have access to tools and calculators to help you realize your financial goals and determine the right savings approach for you.

1. Login to your account at retiresmart.com
2. Click on Welcome Back in the upper right-hand corner of the website page
3. Select Preferences, then scroll down and enter your email address

E-delivery of your statement and MassMutual documents

If you prefer receiving your MassMutual statement and MassMutual documents electronically, sign-up for e-delivery. You will receive an email notification when items such as your statements and MassMutual documents are available. Then you can log into your account to view the information and have direct access to planning tools while you are checking quarterly account activity. After you have added your email address to your account:

1. Click on Welcome Back in the upper right-hand corner of the website page
2. Select Preferences
3. Scroll down to Document Delivery Selections and select Personal Email Notification
