Key information about your July 1 transition to UMR (formerly POMCO)

POMCO was acquired by UMR, a UnitedHealthcare company, in April of 2017. Similar to POMCO, UMR is a third-party administrator for health, dental and vision plans along with a full array of consumer- driven health plan (CDHP) services, including flexible spending accounts (FSAs), health reimbursement accounts (HRAs) and retiree reimbursement accounts (RRAs).

Your CDHP account will transition to UMR on July 1, 2018, and while there will be some new enhancements to your service, you can rest assured that the key features and benefits of your account will remain the same. We will also do everything we can to ensure that your transition will be as seamless as possible.

What is staying the same?

If you have direct deposit information currently on file with POMCO, it will be transferred to UMR effective July 1, 2018. You will continue to receive direct deposit payments for your consumer- driven health plan reimbursements.
