Kelly’s Choice – Hydration Challenge - Win a Stanley Tumbler!
Kelly’s Choice offers an evidence-based and results-oriented wellness program to address relevant health issues.
This is a Digital Wellness Program accessed through Healthie on your computer or mobile device.
On the Healthie platform you have access to chat with a dietitian, recipes, weekly nutrition content,
work-out videos and more. If you are interested in enrolling, please contact the Fund Office.
This service is offered to all employees, apprentices, retirees and family members.
In August, Kelly’s Choice is offering a nutrition-based challenge. The August challenge is centered around hydration
and water intake. Water is the key to life and is critical to balance all of the body's systems. Did you
know 60% of your body is comprised of water and 85% of your brain! Mild dehydration of just 1-2% can lead
to fatigue, anxiety, decreased working memory and attention. For those already enrolled, each week in August,
you will receive an email with tips on how to increase your daily water intake.
To enter & complete this
challenge, simply track your daily intake of water within the Water Tile on your Healthie Dashboard. All
those who complete this month-long challenge will be entered into a raffle to win a Stanley of their choosing!
